Why I paused in March 2020

On 19 March 2020 I decided to stop appointments until further notice. It was not an easy decision. Several clients asked me to carry on, but I did not feel I could take the risk. Your health and safety mattered more than keeping the diary full.

I watched for updates from my professional bodies, my insurers and the government, and I said I would offer treatments again as soon as it was safe.

In the meantime I was at home with my children, doing some studying I had been meaning to do, and writing a few notes for the website, including some ideas you can try at home.

Appointments now

Treatments did resume later that year. If you are reading this now and would like to book, please contact and book. You can read about reflexology first if you are new to it.
