Reflexology is a very safe, non-intrusive, and holistic therapy that is well established and respected in the field of complementary therapies. It works with the body’s own ability to re-balance itself and heal when necessary (also known as homoeostasis).
There are reflex points on the feet, hands, ears and face that correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body. These points when stimulated help to restore the bodies own healing process and brings about a state of deep relaxation.
How can reflexology help you?
Reflexology treats the person as a whole by taking into account all aspects of the patient’s life style. It treats the person, not the ailments or illness that are presented. Reflexologists cannot diagnose conditions but can give advice and aid well-being.
Reflexology can be used to help a number of conditions such as:

What happens during a reflexology treatment?
To ensure well-being for all clients, a consultation must be obtained before any treatment. After an initial consultation you will then be asked to relax back into a reclining chair where the treatment can commence. Only shoes and socks will need to be removed.
To ensure full relaxation is obtained, a room away from any noise or distraction would be suggested.
