Reflex and Holistics (“Gemma Nesbitt“) operates and may operate other websites. It is Gemma Nesbitt’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

What data we hold and where

Information held by Reflex and Holistics is held on the consultation sheets that are initially completed by the client at their first visit in order for the therapist to understand any medical or physical conditions that may have an impact on the treatment. If you provide any sensitive medical/health information to me via email, text, phone conversation or social media messenger services, I will only hold and use this if we proceed to treatment, at which time I will require explicit consent from you to hold this data. If we do not proceed to treatment, I will securely destroy all information sent.

What we do with the data

Only Gemma Nesbitt uses the names and email addresses that are held on this database.

The consultation sheets are updated by the therapist after each treatment is carried out, detailing what treatment was given, the medium that may have been used and how the client has reacted.

All information on both the database and the consultation sheets are held in strict confidence and will never be provided to third parties whatsoever. The information is solely for the use of Reflex and Holistics. In order to give professional reflexology treatments, I will need to gather and retain information about your health and well-being. I will only use this information for informing reflexology treatments and associated recommendations concerning aspects of health and well-being. This will be discussed in full at an appointment.

Accessing personal data

It is possible for a client to request to see their consultation sheet during a treatment. If a client wishes to have a copy of the information on the sheet held for them, then this request must be put forward to Gemma Nesbitt.
