Treatment costs
Traditional Reflexology – £35 here – £40 in your home
Approximately 1 hour reflexology treatment which includes:
- A pre-treatment health consultation – taken over the phone or sent via email
- 45 – 50 minutes of foot reflexology
- Any after treatment advice to help continue with your well being at home
Maternity Reflexology – £35 here – £40 in your home
Approximately 1 hour reflexology treatment which includes:
- A pre-treatment health consultation – taken over the phone or sent via email
- 45 – 50 minutes of foot reflexology tailored for the different stages of pregnancy
- Any after treatment advice to help continue with your well being at home
Fertility Reflexology – £45 here – £50 in your home
- A pre-treatment full health consultation form – sent to you via email to be filled out and sent back prior to first appointment
- Initial appointment is 1 hour and a half to go through consultation and includes a Reproductive Assessment on feet
- Subsequent treatments include a 45 – 50 minutes foot reflexology focusing on certain protocols depending on where you are in your cycle etc.
- Support with lifestyle advice, Basal Temperature charting and recommendations for testing
- Any after treatment advice to help aid and support conception
Reflex Lymph Drainage Treatment – £35 here – £40 in your home
Approximately 1 hour reflexology treatment which includes:
- A pre-treatment health consultation – taken over the phone or sent via email
- 45 – 50 minutes of foot reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. (Hands can be used if preferred)
- Any after treatment advice to help continue with your well being at home
Parent and Baby Treatment – £45 here – £50 in your home
Approximately 1 hour 20 reflexology treatment which includes:
- A pre-treatment health consultation for Mother and baby – taken over the phone or sent via email
- 50 – 60 minutes of foot reflexology for Mum
- 10 minutes foot or hand reflexology for baby
- Any after treatment advice to help continue with your well being at home
Auricular Therapy
£25 here – £35 in your home – For 20 – 30 min Auricular Therapy treatment (Full consultation to be filled prior to any initial appointment, either by email or over the phone)
£40 here – £45 in your home – For 45 min Reflexology Treatment, 15 min Auricular Therapy treatment
£45 here – £50 in your home – For 1 hour Reflexology Treatment, 15 min Auricular therapy treatment

Below are a list of times that I’m available, if these appointment times don’t work for you, please contact me and I will try to fit you in some other time.

Prior to any first treatment, a full consultation is taken which can either be done over the phone or I can send it to you in an email (to be filled out and returned to me before your treatment). Reflexology treatments take an hour.
Please feel free to email, message, WhatsApp or ring me to arrange a booking (if I don’t answer, please just leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can).
How long a treatment takes
Prior to any treatment I will carry out a free consultation either over the phone or I can send it to you via email to be completed and returned to me before your treatment, so that a full understanding of all the ailments, conditions and needs can be addressed in a full consultation.
Most treatments take 1 hour (this includes a follow up consultation and preparation time).
Area I can cover
I carry out treatments either in my home or I can travel to you to provide you with a treatment in the comfort of your own home. Please note, I charge a little more for mobile treatments due to the time it takes me to get from place to place and fuel costs.
I am based in Hoole Chester, but cover the surrounding areas.
If you are within a 5 mile radius, there will be no extra charge, but beyond this there maybe a slight charge of £5, just to cover the extra petrol money.

Payment can be taken by card in person using my card reader
cash or bank transfer is an option if preferred
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, that’s absolutely fine but please could you give me 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer this time slot to someone else.
If for some reason there is no answer when I arrive at the location, I will require a payment for this treatment as well as any subsequent treatments.
Please note changes to treatment due to Corona Virus
- Prior to any treatment, a risk assessment will be carried out on myself as well as my client, to ensure that they are healthy and displaying no signs of Covid
- All new clients will have a full consultation over the phone or sent via email, prior to the appointment to reduce the face to face time
- Card payments only – I won’t be able to except any cash transactions
- Where possible, client’s own couch/sofa is to be used with a footstool for the treatment. If this is not possible, I will bring my couch which will be covered and cleaned for each session
- If any pillows or blankets are required, these will have to be supplied by the client
- Myself and client will have to wear a mask for the whole treatment, if you do not have a mask, I can supply a disposable mask for a 50p charge
- Hand sanitiser will be used before, during and after every treatment and I will supply any for my client before and after signing a consent form
- I will wear gloves on entering any property, but gloves will be removed and disposed of before the treatment. Hands will then be sanitised from there on. I will then re-apply gloves following the treatment
- Feet will be sanitised using anti-bacterial wipes
